In order to process your concern as fast and effective as possible are we using a so called "Trouble-Ticket System". Support requests (Tickets) are processed by our team in the incoming order.
If you would like to send a request to our Support, please click on the link "Create New Ticket". Please explain there the problem as detailed as possible.
Please avoid also the opening of multiple Tickets that concern the same topic, Tickets that are douple (and possible processing of various assistants)can lead to chaos and hinder the problem solving process enormously.
Should you have opened already a Ticket, are you able to log in with your Email address and Ticket-ID, which you have received via Email. You can access the status, add further information or answer to a support request.
