In order to edit your facility as fast and effective as possible, do we use a so called "Trouble-Ticket System". Support requests (Tickets) are processed by our Team in the incoming order
If you would like to send a request to the support, please click on the link "Make New Ticket". There you should describe the problem as detailed as possible.
Please avoid the multiple opening of Tickets that deal with the same problem, Tickets that are douple (and are even handeled by different assistens) lead to chaos and hinder enormously the problem solving process. .
Should you already have opened a Ticket, are you able to log in via your Email address and the Ticket-ID, that you have received via Eamil. You can access the current status, add further information or you can answer to Support response.
